Terms & Conditions

​By using our services, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which outline how our business operates, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. These terms cover things like service limitations, payment policies, timelines, warranties, and liability. They are in place to protect both you and our company and to ensure a fair, transparent, and professional experience for everyone

Authorization to Repair 

By signing or approving a repair order, the customer authorizes the shop to perform inspection, diagnostics, and repairs as requested. The shop may operate the vehicle on public or private roads for testing purposes.

Estimates

All estimates are based on initial inspection and are not guaranteed. If additional repairs are required, the customer will be notified for approval before work continues. Written or verbal authorization is binding.

Payment Terms  

Payment is due in full upon completion of repairs unless prior arrangements have been made. The shop accepts approved payment methods only. Vehicles will not be released until payment is received.

Storage
Fees

 Vehicles left more than 15 days after repair completion or repair authorization decline may be subject to daily storage fees of $50 per day, unless otherwise required by law.

Abandoned Vehicles 

Vehicles left on the premises beyond the legally permitted time may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with state/local laws, including sale or disposal to recover costs.

Parts

The shop may use new, used, rebuilt, or reconditioned parts unless otherwise specified. Replaced parts become shop property unless requested at the time of repair authorization.

Warranty

Warranty applies only to parts and labor provided by the shop. Part warranty is varied based upon part condition. Shop labor warranty and is limited to 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first. Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or repairs performed by others.

No Guarantee on Pre-Existing Conditions 

The shop is not responsible for failure of related or pre-existing components not repaired or replaced as part of the authorized service.

Delays

The shop is not responsible for delays caused by parts availability, supplier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond its control.

Lien Rights

The shop retains a mechanic’s lien on the vehicle for labor, parts, storage, and other lawful charges until paid in full

Personal Property

 The shop is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

Liability 
Limitations

The shop is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or towing costs unrelated to shop negligence

Governing

Law​

 These terms are governed by the laws of the state/province of Pennsylvania

Acceptance of 
Terms

 Customer acknowledgment, signature, verbal approval, text message approval, or electronic authorization constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
